Do my customers need to download an app?
No. iPhones open a tiny App Clip that disappears after use; Android phones open a web page. Both start from the same QR.
Does it work with my POS?
Yes. Customers type the number already printed on their receipt, so Talabi needs no connection to your POS.
What if a customer turns notifications off?
They keep a live status page open that rings and vibrates when the order is ready. Your kitchen screen also shows who has no phone registered, so you can call the number out.
What do I need in the kitchen?
Any tablet or laptop with a browser. Pair it with a short code from your owner dashboard.
Is customer data stored?
Only what a pager needs: the order number and a notification token, deleted automatically after a few hours. No names, no phone numbers.
